Stewart has been working with dogs for over 10 years starting when he joined the British Army at 17 years old. Trained as a Dog Handler during his time in the Army he is experienced handling dogs of any breed, temperament and situation.
Stewart started Chasewater Dogs in 2019 when he realised he could use his passion and expertise to help other dogs and their owners, as a fully insured and accredited dog first aider your dog will always be safe and in the best of care.
When we adopted our pug Bruno we soon noticed he had a bit of anxiety greeting other dogs and being around them if he had never met them before. It got to the point where we couldn’t even take our dogs on the beach anymore because Bruno was so stressed. We had one to one training from elsewhere which seemed to escalate the problem.
We then booked a package with Stuart at Chasewater dogs and I can’t recommend him enough. He introduced Bruno to new dogs and situations to develop his confidence and ours. We are now at a point where Bruno is playing with dogs he has never met before. If you book the packages you get free access to all of the training sessions he has on during the week.

Jessie and I had an amazing walk today, she was so good on her lead, walking to heel and not pulling. She didn't pull or jump up at anyone that we met and ignored other dogs too.
So pleased with her behaviour, our walk was a joy.
